SalesVu 8.3 Release

SalesVu 8.3 will be released early next week starting Sept 14th. Please disable automatic updates on your iPads to avoid any interruptions in the middle of a shift. If you prefer to manually update then we would recommend updating before or after business hours when the shift has been closed out.
 
-Go to ‘Settings’ of your iPad (home screen)
-Touch on ‘iTunes and App Store’
-Automatic Downloads -> Disable ‘Updates’
 
The latest SalesVu 8.3 update will include the following:
 
1. Merge open orders and removing pre-authorizations

6.0 has launched!

SalesVu 6.0 just launched and is now available in the Apple Store! New features on Appointments

1.Allow appointment scheduler to work as widget on merchant website

If you have an existing website we can provide you with a widget code that will merge the scheduler with the website. That said, the scheduler will be embedded, no need to re direct the merchant to another page.

New features on Employee Management

1.Employee can sync their appointments with Google calendar, Outlook and iCal

 

3.Added a setting which if ON then employee won’t be able to place order without adding customer for non cash payment method. By default this setting is OFF

4.Now employees can modify their own schedule on the web portal, they can adjust their hours depending on their availability. There is new access level that can be used to give employee this permission

5.Clock in / out from web portal

6.Employees can view their shift information with comment entered by manager
