Is there a setup fee to use SalesVu?

No. Unlike other retail business & POS solutions, SalesVu does not cost anything to set up. You only pay the monthly fee for your plan (as listed above).

Do I need to buy any special hardware to use SalesVu?

No. SalesVu is entirely software-based. All our free apps run on iPads and iPhones, and if you are a SalesVu Cloud Basic or Advanced user, you can login to your SalesVu account from any device; all you need is a web browser.

If you need specific hardware for POS functionality, we are happy to supply you with what you need at a very competitive price.

What are SalesVu transaction fees?

All our mobile apps are free to download & use. However, certain transactions done through the apps incur a marginal fee, as shown:

Does SalesVu support multiple locations or terminals under 1 account?

Yes, our Cloud Basic and Cloud Advanced plans support multiple terminals and users under one account. Our individual free apps are limited to 1 terminal per account. Adding additional terminal to your POS or OrderUp account requires upgrading to our Cloud Basic Plan, and $25 / month per additional terminal.
