When launching SalesVu for the first time after updating your device to iOS 7, you will be prompted to allow access to your device’s microphone. Be sure to click “OK” to allow access. If you click “Don’t Allow,” your card reader connected via the headphone port will not work.
You can fix this issue with the following steps:
1. Touch the ‘Settings’ menu on your iPad
2. Touch the ‘Privacy’ option
3. Touch the ‘Microphone’ option
4. Make sure the switch next to the SalesVu app is turned on (highlighted in green)
